I know Marilyn Monroe wasn’t always the best role model for Christian girls like myself.. But she wasn’t afraid to be the person that God made her and she never tried to be something she wasn’t. Although she wasn’t stick thin, I’ve yet to meet someone who didn’t think she was breathtakingly beautiful. She was successful through her shortcomings, mistakes, and heartbreaks and helps me remember that it’s okay to be me.
